The cancellation of Future Power Expo which is scheduled for November.
The venue has unexpectedly cancelled our tenancy due to a strategic requirement to use the space for another matter. Despite our efforts to explore alternatives, we’ve been unable to find suitable new dates or arrangements that would allow us to proceed with the event as planned.
It is the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) https://www.gea.gov.sa/en/ who have requested the venue for 2 months including month of November for other govt event related purposes
Cancellation Q & A:
Why are you cancelling the exhibition? – We could not secure the venue on the requested dates and do not have alternate dates.
Is there any future date for the exhibition? – No. Future Power Expo has been cancelled indefinitely
What will happen to the funds I paid towards Future Power Expo? – The funds that have been paid towards FPE will be refunded in its entirely.
What is the process and timeline for the refund? I will advise you the email address that we will be using for the refund.
